Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
essential speech-language support in elementary schools requires
dedicated professionals with a passion for helping young learners.
This contract role is based in Bradenton, FL, serving three
elementary schools with specialized programs for students requiring
speech therapy. Candidates will work on-site, delivering services
tailored to diverse student needs in Title 1 and specialized
classrooms. Responsibilities: Conduct speech-language evaluations
and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
Provide therapy services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
(ASD), Early Special Education (ESE), and integrated preschool
programs. Maintain caseload management across assigned schools with
various needs, including intensive and integrated preschool units.
Collaborate with educators and support staff to create supportive
learning environments. Qualifications: Valid Florida
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required; Masters degree
preferred. Candidates at the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) level
will be considered; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
may be accepted only at specified schools with supervision by a
Masters level SLP. Strong knowledge and experience working with
early childhood and elementary-aged students. Ability to work
independently across multiple school sites. Excellent
organizational and communication skills. Location: Positions
available at Ballard Elementary, Sea Breeze Elementary, and Abel
Elementary schools in Bradenton, FL. Contract Details: Duration:
Immediate start through May 29, 2026 (Abel Elementary through March
2026). Full-time hours; three full-time positions available.
