POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Specialist will be assigned multiple tasks where they will be responsible for Supporting the Sales Organization. This position is the primary point of contact on orders to initiate and complete tasks associated with all sales activity including Sales quotes and Sales Orders. This is a dynamic role that directly impacts the ability of the company to achieve Sales and Revenue objectives. All work performed will be done with adherence to vXchnge quote to cash guidelines and standards. Work with a sense of urgency, understand his/her expectations and always maintain focus on the changes of the department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Presales/Post sales deal support with our sales channels:
    • Responsibilities include: processing sales orders - pre/post sales, review orders ensuring accuracy and completeness, ability to think creatively in supporting the sales process and in wining deals.
    • Build proficient expertise in the vX CRM systems, therefore adding value and speed through the sales channel selling process in creation of sales quotes and sales orders.
    • Provide updates on order status, open/completed to Sales Team and other vXchnge employees as warranted.
    • Escalate issues/concerns when necessary to ensure order completion.
      • May be required to perform additional duties as requested by his/her Manager or vXchnge Management QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.         • Customer and sales channel focused and results-oriented; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages on sales orders.
        • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments
        • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment, self-starter who can motivate others.
        • Possess exceptional communication/interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
        • Effective Time Management skills.
        • Customer Service experience, external and external EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
          • 2-3 years previous experience in a fast-paced sales operations environment, preferably in a data center or telecommunications industry.
          • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or previous work experience equivalent.
          • Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and Monitoring System reporting tools
          • Detail oriented
          • Works well under pressure and can handle consistent work flow
          • Develop and foster relationships
          • Effective oral, written and telephone skills,
            • Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets essential job related documents.
            • Ability to document, present, and speak effectively and professionally to all internal and external customers. LANGUAGE SKILLS:

                • Ability to calculate, balance, analyze capacities and readings for the infrastructure, prepare detailed reports and report data.
