we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do Meet with customers to
understand their plumbing needs and recommend customized solutions.
Present detailed proposals, product options, and financing plans in
a clear, professional way. Provide an exceptional customer
experience from first contact through installation completion.
Collaborate closely with plumbing technicians and internal teams to
ensure smooth project delivery. Achieve individual and team sales
goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity. Maintain
organized and accurate records within our CRM system. Stay up to
date on Del-Air’s products, promotions, and plumbing innovations.
What You Bring 2 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home
service sales (preferred). A professional, customer-first attitude
with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical
understanding of plumbing systems is a plus — but we’ll train the
right person. Strong time management and follow-up skills. Valid
driver’s license and clean driving record required. Why Join
