Business Development Associate Identify potential residential
customers and generate new service leads. Promote our products and
services to residential customers, building value in what we offer.
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective
customers through direct sales. Delivers presentations and product
demos to showcase AT&T's offerings and advantages. Answers
customer inquiries, addresses concerns, and resolves issues. Meet
and exceed sales targets and quotas within assigned territories.
Maintains accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales
activities. Stays current on AT&T's offerings, pricing, and
promotions. Work with the sales and management team to create and
execute sales strategies. Participates in weekly training sessions
to stay up to date on our products and services.
