Job Description:
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Starting pay: $16.00 (weekly pay + full benefits)
Assignment Length: 3 - month Contract with a possible conversion to
FTE
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - -8am-5pm
Job description:
Answer phones and direct them to either sales or customer service;
creating packing slips out of our customer portal, entering
customer orders from our order platform into our SAP computer
systems, scanning invoices into our docuware platform, filing, and
supplying customers tracking numbers when their order ships.
Required Experience:
2 years or more in customer service or office work in a fast paced
environment.
Preferred Experience:
Would prefer someone with SAP software experience and google kite,
but not necessary.
Required Education:
High school diploma
