Senior HRIS Analyst As a Senior HRIS Analyst at Mosaic, you ll join a great team of analysts and become our go-to expert for several key Workday modules, including Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Talent Management. You ll use your expertise to help us streamline HR processes, enhance data accuracy, and drive our business forward. In this role, your days will be spent managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, testing new functionalities, and collaborating with people across Mosaic to develop solutions. If you're a seasoned Workday Analyst with a passion for HR technology and the desire to join a global, mission-driven company, we want to meet you! Where You ll Work (Heads Up: It s Remote!) In this role, you ll work remotely -95% of the time and onsite -5% of the time at our Plymouth office (located at 3033 Campus Drive, Plymouth, MN). You can expect to spend roughly 5% of your time traveling to the Plymouth office or our HQ in central Florida for occasional meetings. What You ll Do:

• Design, configure, and implement medium and control processes into Workday, Kronos and other Mosaic systems
• Create, maintain and generate complex HR data reports and dashboards
• Utilize your stellar customer service skills to troubleshoot HRIS errors and assist with inquiries
• Provide support for routine and complex integrations between Mosaic s HR systems
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other Mosaic business units to ensure our HR systems run smoothly
• Lead the change control process from start to finish
• Define and coordinate testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the quality assurance process
• Develop and maintain HRIS procedures, guides, and other documents
• Manage and maintain the overall architecture, scalability, and integrity of our HR systems
• Mentor and coach junior team members Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • HRIS configuration experience specifically with Workday
  • Experience configuring Workday modules, ideally Benefits, Advanced Compensation and/or Talent
  • Knowledge of general business processes, and how data and software applications support them
  • The ability to assess business needs and translate them into solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (such as Kanban)
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A keen attention to detail
  • The ability to adapt to continually changing priorities Bonus Points If You Have:
    • A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
    • Experience with Kronos and/or Jira
    • Experience configuring learning management systems (LMS)
