Job Type: Temporary to Hire
Schedule & Pay Rate:

• 
  
• Monday-Friday.
  
• 1 ST Shift - 6:30am to 3pm - $16/HR
  
• 2 nd Shift - 2:30pm to 11pm - $16.50/HR
  
• Must be available for overtime.
  
  
  
  Job Summary: Assists with overall warehouse operations and daily activities, including but not limited to transportation, preparation, staging of materials used in daily production, shipping/receiving, picking/packing, cycle counting and inventory control activities. Support the operations by maintaining an efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space. Monitor the safety and security of goods and materials. Utilize a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other databases to track, analyze, and report processes and performance.

  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or GED
    
  • Valid driver's license
    
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and processes
    
  • Experience using Forklift and/or Pallet Jack
    
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - Stand, kneel, sit, and climb stairs.
    
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a warehouse
    
  • Experience navigating in an ERP.
    
  • Experience using RF scanner in a warehouse environment.
    
    
    Responsibilities:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Unload, sort, receive and put away purchased material.
      
    • Inspect items for defects and report as required.
      
    • Restock and maintain an inventory of orders as needed.
      
    • Prepare and ship orders both domestic and international customers.
      
    • Pick, pack and transact shop orders accurately in IFS.
      
    • Follow all warehouse procedures and safety measures.
      
    • Operate materials-handling equipment as needed.
      
    • Cycle count - counting inventory, assisting in kitting, pulling material for line down situations and other inventory duties.
      
    • Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring transactions are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
      
    • Keep assembly workstations properly stocked with materials and always supplies.
      
    • Follow a lean pull or Kanban system for supplying all workstations efficiently.
      
    • Stage and deliver materials in a timely manner.
      
    • Follow management instruction and work independently to meet schedules.
      
    • General maintenance and cleaning related tasks.
      
    • Other duties as assigned.
