A Snapshot of Your DayThe Manufacturing Technician performs manufacturing tasks, on the Gibsonton Florida Plant, to help produce parts for gas turbine engines such as, materials mixing, machinery operation, data capture and analysis. Primarily responsible for the molding, machining, and manual finishing processes.How You'll Make an Impact

• Cleaning and preparation of molds for use with ceramic slurries.
• Casting and curing of ceramic materials in molds while closely adhering to required process parameters.
• De-molding and inspection of parts.
• Process data gathering and providing process feedback to management.
• May include hand finishing of parts with powered or manual finishing tools, grinders, files, etc.
• Use manufacturing equipment and in-process instrumentation to manufacture products in accordance with customer specifications, company policy and safety regulations.
• Actively support product definition/design changes within manufacturing.
• Light maintenance duties and cleaning will be assigned as part of the proper care and safe operation of your work center.What You Bring
  • HS Diploma and up to 1 year experience in related field.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Is consistently at work and on time.
