Job Description Job Description Contract Trade Show Specialist Clearwater, FL (Hybrid – 3 days in office) $25.00/hour 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Are you an organized, detail-oriented event professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? Join the Marketing Events team supporting the team and help deliver powerful, well-executed event experiences that elevate the brand and strengthen engagement with key audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in high-visibility industry trade shows and internal corporate events, including the annual Synergy conference What You’ll Do Coordinate end-to-end logistics for industry trade shows, including staffing plans, travel arrangements, vendor contracts, and collateral shipping Track and reconcile event budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and cost efficiency Communicate directly with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables Support planning and onsite execution of the annual Synergy conference Compile post-event insights, analytics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless event execution and brand consistency What You Bring 2 years of experience in event planning or trade show coordination (financial services or tech industry experience preferred) Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication skills and proven vendor management experience Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams Proficiency in Google Workspace and event management tools Willingness to travel as needed for event support Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023 -06/22- 088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay - transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
