Branch Licensing Coordinator 19000DX2 UNITED STATES-FL-TAMPA AXA US Regular Day Job Full-time We are currently seeking a Branch Licensing Coordinator to assist with the following responsibilities: Licensing - 70% - Branch Contact and Administrator for Taleo and Smartsheets. o Daily review of Taleo and Smartsheets to ensure applicant flow follows the licensing process. - Employment Verification Review/Approval Process o Initiates Background Checks and communicates status/results. o Escalates complex concerns for Compliance/Legal review and final decision. o Creates/Sends Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCA) letters as required. - Insurance and Securities Exams o Orders study materials and maintains positive Vendor relationships. o Coordinates FINRA study schedules across the Branch. o Produces progress reports for Candidate Insurance and FINRA study results. o Opens and updates FINRA testing windows through FINRA Web CRD. - Processes Insurance Appointments and Renewals - Processes FINRA Registrations o Creates U4 and/or updates U4 as appropriate. o Processes U4 Updates including Compromises with Creditors. - Maintains Licensing files o Maintains FP licensing file ensuring the file is current and in good order. o Maintains NRF file. SVP Support - 20% - Manages SVP calendar, phone, and email. - Responsible for gathering data and producing reports. - Books travel and processes SVP expense reports. Program Administration - 5% - Gold Mentor Agreements - Prospective District Manager Program (PDM) - Branch and Experienced Sales Force (ESF) Internships Operations - 5% - Will support the Central Florida Branch in various operational capacities including, but not limited to: o Facilities and Core Operations We are looking for someone who has advanced proficiency with Microsoft office - particularly Excel. Strong communication, relationship building, and vendor management skills. Able to prioritize workflow and deliver results in a high-volume environment.
