State and City: Florida - Tampa Shift: 8 Hr. X 5 Days This position pays between $115,027.00 to $164,324.00 and is based on skills, experience and education of the successful candidate. The Director builds a strategy that aligns and organizes technical and business resources to realize significant benefits from SAP CRMB and associated technologies environment, to improve delivery and operational execution, to ensure enterprise-wide business approach, to determine appropriate resource levels and models, to continuously improve support processes and to manage risk and total cost of ownership of the SAP solutions. Leads efforts to ensure effective IT governance process for SAP that delivers consistent and scalable business value from corporate SAP ecosystem. Establishes and maintains a strategic relationship with key executive and non-executive stakeholders for IT & SAP strategy planning in support of enterprise and business unit goals. Also directs the design, enablement and operational integrity of TECO's SAP CRMB and associated technologies environment to support optimization of business processes and creation of sustainable value for stakeholders. Fosters a highly collaborative environment with key stakeholders to identify, assess and recommend solutions to complex business problems. Drives common business processes and IT solutions that shape and support the business/IT strategic direction and enhance the value contribution of IT. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and maintain a strong partnership with leadership and functional areas to adapt the IT strategy to have a strong operational focus aligned with business needs, priorities, structure and processes to maintain and improve service quality and cost effectiveness. Work cross-functionally with other business units to advance strategic initiatives and interacts in a highly collaborative manner with internal constituents and external partners and effectively represents the business with the vendors. - Establish and maintain and enforce all operational processes, standards, procedures and best practices, such as incident and problem management, change control process, minor enhancement process, major incident processes based on ITIL in a 24 x 7 environment while ensuring system and processes are compliance with relevant regulations. - Provides high-valued strategic consulting level support and guidance to determine the IT initiatives and/or solutions required to meet the highest business needs. Work closely with business partners and IT in formulating financial and resource estimates for efforts. - Work with the IT functional/department executives and business leaders to create an actionable 12-36-month roadmap that establishes the foundation of work that the Solutions teams will deliver. - Provide input to an executive SAP oversight committee for the prioritization of initiatives based on organization(s) needs/strategy, IT workload and budget. Ensures effective Change Management for projects. - Charged with planning, implementing and leading strategy and contributing their efforts to driving growth and people development with a focus towards SAP optimization. Improve processes by capitalizing on the benefits of the SAP solution through collaboration with our business partners. - Evolve the SAP solution, build and maintains a best-in-class SAP systems environment and applications suite (HANA, BW/BI and other technologies) that are scalable and supportive of organic growth. Develop cutting edge SAP/Cloud solutions to support company strategies and drive end-user satisfaction. Responsible for the design, implementation and execution of IT related long-term strategies and accountable for execution of short-term tactical initiatives in support of the overall vision. - Develop standards for all SAP solutions including CRMB along the entire SAP lifecycle of enterprise solutions which balances cost effectiveness, business process standardization, technical standardization across the SAP environments and functional and technical health of both solutions. - Provides strategic leadership, guidance and direction for business intelligence (BI) capabilities. Lead efforts in data mining and analytics in support of BI efforts and projects for the organization; continually look for opportunities to diversify and draw from multiple disparate data sources, both structured and unstructured within the CRMB landscapes. - Collaborates with the business unit to implement change management strategies (communications, training, change impacts, organizational readiness, etc.) for maintenance and enhancement projects. Attract, lead and retain the required business and technical talent that works effectively across IT and with functional business units. QUALIFICATIONS Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field Preferred: MBA or advanced degree Experience Related Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience and 7 years of experience leading a center of excellence for CRMB including proven experience with industry tools, operational expertise, implementation of leading practices and data analytics with 7 years of leadership experience. Experience in development of global support team to achieve organizational objectives. Preferred: Experience in implementation of advanced data analytics and reporting, FIORI, implementation and maintenance of a Master Data Management (MDM) vision and associated processes. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA) Required: - Strong influencer and communicator capable of working in a highly collaborative team-environment and utilizing strong interpersonal skills to successfully interact and influence SAP stakeholders and customers. - Broad working knowledge in SAP CRM 7.0. - Ability to ensure system and process compliance with regulations. - Excellent organizational and operational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities. - A strong delegator who focuses on the development of self as well as their team members and drives them to further develop their skills and provide value to the business through continuous learning, sharing best practices, knowledge and expertise. - Ability to resolve conflict and deal with issues in a constructive manner with individuals at all levels of the organization. - Extensive SAP architecture, enhancement, maintenance, support and SAP functional implementation expertise. - Understanding of SAP security concepts and processes, and security architecture and administration with a thorough knowledge of roles, profiles, authorization objects and SAP user management. - Experience in development of global support team to achieve organizational objectives. Manage day-to-day operations of a global support team.
