If so, our client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!What You'll Do:

• Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve to bridge the gap between background check companies, management, and HR.
• Will also serve as the onsite administrative support for all new hires management HR.
• Lead, arrange and schedule local job fairs and other actively sourcing activities.
• Assist in reducing the overall fill rate to the actual start.
• Provide real time status updates on the onboarding process to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Expedite any processes as needed to meet fill rate objectives.
• Assist with onboarding logistics.
• Coordinate with other administrative personnel for ensuring day one equipment is ready.
• Additional administrative support in varies departments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for Supervisors and Managers.
• Partner with Operations to expedite the transition of successful contractor to fulltime roles. -What You Bring:
  • Associate degree or high school diploma preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bi-lingual (English, Spanish) highly preferred
  • Must be able to optimally communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Navigate effectively through challenging priorities.
  • Possess tactical decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience working in fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
