*Gas Services*Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.Check out this video to learn more about our Gas Service business https://www.siemens-energy.com/global/en/offerings/power-generation.html*How You'll Make an Impact** The Team Leader will work alongside operators performing daily tasks in a lead role and ensures all assigned tasks are performed on the time according to proper procedures and specifications.* Ensures that safety, quality, or delivery issues are identifies and resolved in a timely manner* Organize daily operator tasks at shift start based on team availability and critical path activities* Report on team members work activity to manager.* Maintain and report on production status to manager.* Ensure performance boards are kept up to date and job is tracking to schedule.* Cascade actions from delivery team performance board. * Facilitate shift changeover status / briefing. Designated liaison to hand off operations to next shift. * Facilitate team and department meetings * Flexible with start times and temporary shifts* Participate in the interview process for new hires*What You Bring** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent in life experience.* Previous related manufacturing experience or college degree is a plus.*About the Team*Through our Generation division, we enhance and innovate conventional and renewable power supply.
