NOW HIRING for a Project Coordinator at any of our Florida locations!Pace Analytical Services is a leading environmental laboratory service center, and is a member of the largest privately held Environmental testing agency in the country. We are adding a full-time team member to the Client Services Team.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Electronic Data Deliverable experience preferred (EDD).Experience working with a data checker, Florida ADaPT, uploading invoices to a third party, working with ENFOS and/or Ariba preferred.1-2 years customer service experience preferred.JOB SUMMARY:Working with a team of project managers and project coordinators assisting with all duties. Managing accounts, answering inbound calls/making outgoing calls. Working with a National Team and coordinating workloads. Working beside project managers, sales, administration, laboratory personnel, and our teams across the country. Our business is about making customers happy, being very responsive and detailed. You will be talking through various brands, such as instant messages, text, email, and video calls. You will attend meetings when needed. Our team consists of detailed project managers and project coordinators, and we need someone like you to join our team.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:This class specification lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive. Overseeing or reviewing, completing and processing various types of standard project management forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.2. Provides fundamental interpretation and counsel to staff, management, and functional leaders regarding project management policies, programs and practices for standard operations.3. Provides standard research, feedback and decisions to resolve management and employee questions and requirements; assists with receiving customer feedback and coordinating resources and responses as required.4. Assists with projects involving client contact, verification of accurate check-in of samples, monitoring status of analysis, providing response to client inquiries, and invoicing client, as determined by the supervisor.5. Directs client calls and requests to appropriate project manager for follow-up.6. Assists with developing or participating in project management or cross-functional project or program objectives, which includes proposed budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements, receives direction and presents information to management.7. Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and assists with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; receives guidance within these areas as needed.8. Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.9. Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment. QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in chemistry, operations, or a closely related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.Required Knowledge:
