Mezzanine - Returns/Samples Clerk
This highly visible clerical role communicates frequently with
our internal and external partners.
- The clerk is responsible for processing incoming returns,
P&H RTS, work order breakouts, return to stock inventory and
cross-trained as a Samples clerk as well which includes receiving
inventory, verifying items are correct, pulling and packing Sample
orders. Additional responsibilities include collecting data keeping
records of orders and maintains databases.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to count and record data accurately.
- Computer and math literacy - Microsoft Office
- FMS/WMS and DMS experience preferred.
- Must possess math and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to left up to 50lbs and stand long periods.
- Must be able to work flexible, long hours and weekends.
- Must be able to communicate and write in English - Spanish
