We have part time opportunities with the ability to convert to fulltime. PT Salary Range: $50-$65 hourly FT Salary Range $55,000-75,000If you are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with autism, Key Autism Services is hiring for Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in the South Tampa Region!Our Tampa Region covers the following areas: Adamsville, Bloomingdale, Brandon, Dover, East Lake - Orient Park, East Tampa, Mango, Palm River - Claire Mel, Progress Village, Riverview, Gibsonton, Seffner, Valencia Lakes, Lithia, Tampa, Valrico As a BCBA, you can manage your own schedule and do your case planning from the comfort of your own home. We currently have part-time hourly positions available. Option to convert to full time in the near future. Additional benefits are discussed below! Our trained behavior technicians (BTs) provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals diagnosed with autism under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA. With this position, you'll be working in-home with families, implementing ABA programs, training BTs on implementation of said programs, and establishing parent training opportunities in order to promote generalization of programming, maintenance, and carryover of acquisition skills. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reportsDevelop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plansSupervise and train ABA/ Behavioral TechniciansDevelop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for childrenProvide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABAConduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warrantedReview program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progressBCBA Part-Time Offers:Excellent competitive hourly rates, commensurate with experience and educationTraining, professional development, and CEU opportunitiesOpportunities to network with other experienced BCBAs on the KEY team and collaborate with specialists and other professionals in the fieldVirtual electronic data collection system to allow for light paperworkFlexible hours and the ability to choose your work scheduleRequirements:Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist statusPersonal means of transportation with a reliable vehiclePrevious ABA ExperienceMust be comfortable working with families and providing in-home servicesAbout us:Currently, Key Autism Services provides services to children and adults diagnosed with autism throughout the states of Georgia and Massachusetts.
