Job Posting Title: Associate Product Mgr (PH) Req ID: 10146148 Job Description: Associate Product Manager At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney! This role sits in the Foundations Commerce organization and will work closely with partners across app and web platforms, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver a best in-class Chat experience that reduces friction, resolves issues efficiently, elevates Guest satisfaction, and drive business value. The Associate Product Manager will report to the Manager, Product Management. This Project Hire role has an end date of 5/3/2029 Responsibilities Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for Disney Guests Support the delivery and maintenance of the digital product strategy for digital product experience(s) for Guest or Cast Assists with translating the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and other product documentation including acceptance criteria and test cases Assists with developing presentations to share and build advocacy for the digital strategy with Executive audiences and partners across the Organization Support with maintaining the feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks Ensures appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, including partnering with design and technology teams to ensure the visual design, content strategy, copywriting and development align to the strategic vision Contributes to developing the go to market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience Supports the ongoing Guest and Cast experience by monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests and recommending opportunities to enhance the Disney Experiences Digital Platforms, including mobile apps and websites. Support with delivery and ongoing maintenance, which may include product build, content configuration and on call collaboration to ensure successful uptime of the digital experience as needed Qualifications 1 years of experience required, but 2 years of professional experience working in the online industry is preferred Experience resolving technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced online organization. Bachelor's Degree in a related field required Outstanding verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at an executive level. Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project cases. Demonstrable ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others, plus the ability to build strong and balanced relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization. Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative. Effectively provide overall leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to delivery with quality on time. Experience in iOS/Android release process. Previous experience with Disney is a plus.
