Job Description:
Aspire Health Partners is seeking a seasoned Director of IT to
lead our information technology strategies and operations, ensuring
that our digital and technological resources align with our mission
to provide exceptional mental health and addiction services. The
Director of IT will play a crucial role in optimizing our IT
infrastructure, enhancing data security and managing our IT team to
support the delivery of services to our clients in Central Florida.
This role requires a combination of strong technical skills,
leadership ability, and a passion for using technology to improve
lives in the nonprofit sector. Develop and implement IT strategies
that align with the organization's mission and service delivery
objectives. Manage the IT department’s operational and strategic
planning, including business requirements, project planning, and
organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources. Oversee the
design, enhancement, and implementation of systems and
infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency. Administer the
IT budget and ensure that all IT expenditures are aligned with the
organization’s financial objectives. Ensure security of data,
network access, and backup systems, and maintain privacy
compliance. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a
time-sensitive and demanding environment. Act as the primary
liaison between department heads, external agencies, and
suppliers/vendors for technological needs and developments.
Regularly evaluate technology trends and ensure the organization’s
technology stack is up-to-date and effective. Proven expertise in
IT infrastructure planning and development, network management, and
data security. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and team management skills. Ability to
manage large-scale IT projects and timelines. Knowledge of
compliance and security regulations pertinent to health and human
services. Proficiency in managing budgets and forecasting IT
