Manager, Application Development to join our Wealth Services
Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Jersey
City, NJ In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage medium to large-sized or multiple small teams responsible
for all phases of systems development and implementation, including
analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support.
Analyze organizational needs for application development and
interface with clients to ensure systems meet business
requirements. Oversee application programming and analysis
projects, including development, installation, and maintenance of
application programs. Ensure availability, integrity, and stability
of production systems by allocating appropriate resources and
establishing processes for rapid problem resolution. Communicate
and enforce strict adherence to development and quality standards,
monitoring compliance continuously. Provide timely and accurate
project-related information to relevant stakeholders. Advocate for
change management and encourage innovation and creativity in
technology solutions. Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff
to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and
effective teamwork. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking
the following: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related
discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree
preferred. 10 years of experience in systems analysis and program
development with related supervisory, management, and
administrative experience. Experience in the securities or
financial services industries is a plus. Proven ability to manage
one or more development teams and contribute to team objectives. At

compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this
position is expected to be between $116,000 and $200,000 per year
at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired
will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to
experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total
compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also
include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and
long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit
programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the
right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary
payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related
to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company
or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
