Description: The BCC Treatment /Therapist provides confidential clinical services to specified BAYS clients. You are a leader, a coach, and a guide for our youth and families, promoting healthy lifestyles and healthy choices. Essential Job Functions: Provide clinical services, leadership, and support to assigned clients. Attend regularly scheduled client meetings (individual/group counseling sessions). Provide biopsychosocial assessments to each qualified client. Provide treatment planning for each qualified client. Provide individual, group, family therapy to qualified clients. Maintain relationship and communication with community provider agencies and continuously update community resources for clients. Provide written reports (daily, weekly, monthly) upon completion. Complete ALL required reports in a timely manner to supervisor and/or designee. Maintain documentation related to counseling activities within appropriate time frames, Agency and Medicaid Requirements. Manage daily responsibilities by working independently without direct supervision. Attend all scheduled meeting(s). Complete special projects as assigned. Read and adhere to all policies listed in the BAYS Employee Handbook and Standard Operation Procedures FLSA: Part-Time, Non-Exempt Starting Wage: Negotiable . Requirements: Education: Licensed and/or Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling or related discipline. Skills and Experience: Two years experience in youth and family counseling and/or classroom instruction. Familiarity with Juvenile Justice System and community resources. Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License and Auto Insurance.
