Details - Home health setting with patient coverage in Port Charlotte, Englewood, Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, and Sarasota - Geriatric patient population - Average caseload of 5 to 7 patients per day - Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - No on-call requirements - Territory can extend up to a 60-mile radius from the home base - EMR system is HCHB; prior experience with this system is required - Oasis documentation experience required - Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate - iPad provided for work Requirements - Current state PT license required if applicable - Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience required - Current BLS certification required - Experience with HCHB EMR required - Experience with Oasis documentation required - Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory - Must be able to wear scrubs in any color (no jeans) Additional Information - Main responsibilities include providing physical therapy services to geriatric patients in their homes - First-time travelers are welcome to apply - Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate - Scrubs are required and must not include jeans - Mileage reimbursement and iPad provided to support mobile work American Traveler Job ID P-674348.
