Job Description:
Encompass Health in Largo, Florida, seeks an experienced leader
for an Occupational Therapy Leadership Role within our
Rehabilitation Hospital. As part of the Healthcare & Medical
Services department, you will lead a dedicated team of occupational
therapists ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centric
rehabilitation services. This role involves overseeing the creation
and implementation of individualized care plans, effective
management of department budgets, resources, and compliance with
healthcare standards. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to ensure optimal outcomes and staff performance. Our
ideal candidate has a minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role in
occupational therapy or related field with a Master's Degree in
Occupational Therapy or equivalent. Certifications in occupational
therapy leadership or management are preferred. We offer a
