HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our innovative healthcare team. This role requires precision and compassion, offering a dynamic work environment focused on patient care and advanced medical imaging. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, perform diagnostic procedures, and ensure the comfort and safety of patients during imaging sessions. This position plays a crucial part in diagnosing and treating conditions using state-of-the-art nuclear medicine technology. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Operate nuclear medicine equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Analyze biologic specimens in the lab to determine radioactive content. Provide images, data analysis, and patient information to the physicians for diagnostic interpretation. Maintain patient records and radiopharmaceutical usage logs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect patients and staff. Proficient in using nuclear medicine imaging equipment Strong analytical and technical skills Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle radioactive materials safely Capable of performing detailed data analysis Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or equivalent Valid state licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
