Job Description Emergency Veterinarian – Orlando, FL $200,000 Starting Base Salary | 21–23% Production Bonus | 3-Day Work Week | Sign-on bonus An independently owned 24/7 emergency and urgent care hospital in the Orlando area is looking to welcome an Emergency Veterinarian to its growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys emergency medicine but wants a sustainable schedule, strong clinical support, and the freedom to practice high-quality medicine in a veterinarian-led environment. You will be joining a purpose-built emergency hospital equipped with modern diagnostics and supported by an experienced technical team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities include: Managing emergency and urgent care cases Performing emergency surgical procedures when required Utilizing in-house diagnostics including radiography, ultrasound and laboratory equipment Communicating clearly with clients regarding treatment plans and outcomes Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records Collaborating closely with the wider clinical team What We Are Looking For Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification Eligible for veterinary licensure in Florida Previous emergency or urgent care experience preferred but not essential Strong clinical judgement and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ER environment Additional Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution CE allowance DEA and state licensing covered Professional liability insurance Paid parental and family leave PTO and sick leave Visa support available Relocation support available Plus much more!
