Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital invites new graduates to join our
dynamic nursing team as a New Grad RN. This role is designed to
bridge the transition from nursing school to professional practice,
offering hands-on experience in a supportive environment equipped
with cutting-edge technology. As a New Grad RN, you will be
integral in delivering high-quality patient care and will
participate in our comprehensive nurse residency program to help
develop your skills and confidence as a professional nurse. Provide
direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and
treatment plans. Monitor patient health and document nursing care
in patient records. Participate actively in the nurse residency
program to further develop nursing skills. Strong clinical skills
in a healthcare setting Effective communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong
organizational and time management skills Proficiency in electronic
medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must have passed the NCLEX-RN
exam. Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
or the ability to obtain prior to start date.
