As a Physical Therapist with us, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized recovery plans that encompass physical, emotional, and psychological support. Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing home care strategies. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and technologies. Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of treatment protocols. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment. CPR certification recommended.
