Job Description Job Description Job Title: CT Technologist Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to perform computerized tomography scans to assist physicians in detecting and diagnosing abnormalities. The role involves performing CT procedures on patients across all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric populations. The technologist will also support general radiology duties as assigned while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging standards. The position requires adherence to clinical protocols and a strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Perform CT scans following physician orders and established imaging protocols. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring safety and comfort. Operate CT and radiologic equipment while maintaining quality imaging standards. Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to any clinical concerns. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support diagnostic and treatment planning. Follow infection control, safety regulations, and departmental policies. Assist with general radiology procedures as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum one year of CT Technologist experience required. Associate degree or completion of an accredited Radiology Technology program. Active State General Radiography license (Florida). ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT required. Current BLS/CPR certification required. Acute care experience required for certain emergency department roles. Strong communication and patient care skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
