Dental Hygienist Bullfrog Creek Dental Care 7050 Waterset Blvd, Apollo Beach, FL 33572 Schedule Monday 8am-5pm Tuesday 9am-6pm Wednesday 9am-5pm Thursday 7am-4pm Fridays (2xmonth) 8am-12pm Bullfrog Creek Dental Care is seeking a hygienist who can connect with others both personally and professionally. Because our office is newly established, we are looking for someone who is passionate about patient education and committed to help build a strong foundation for the practice. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience 2-3 Years of Dental Hygiene experience preferred Local Anesthesia license required Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Experience with Dentrix is preferred, but not required Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
