Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager
for MedSurg Tele and Transplant Services who will uphold our
commitment to exceptional care in our state-of-the-art facility.
This role is pivotal in leading the nursing team in the Medical
Surgical Telemetry and Transplant unit, ensuring that patient care
meets the highest standards with optimal outcomes. The Nurse
Manager will play a crucial role in continuing our tradition of
innovation and excellence in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Oversee the operations and delivery of patient care in the MedSurg
Tele and Transplant unit. Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring
compliance with all regulations and certifications. Manage a team
of nurses and healthcare professionals, encouraging continuous
professional development. Implement evidence-based practices to
enhance patient care and outcomes. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to execute integrated health services.
Monitor patient care, manage budgets, and ensure efficient use of
resources. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to
healthcare delivery in the unit. Strong leadership and team
management abilities Proficient in the use of medical software and
healthcare technology Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical
decisions Expert knowledge in MedSurg, telemetry, and transplant
care practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN) or similar is
preferred BLS/ACLS certification
