Largo, FL 33770 * HCA FL Largo West campus is a psych/rehab department of HCA FL Largo (Main) and should be treated as a float unit. - Parking: Park in the garage on the third and fourth floors (AM & PM shifts) - Scrub Color: RN – Navy Blue Tell us about the unit(s): - Number of Beds - 20 - Number of Staff – 60 - Type of staff: - Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 3 Day CNC, 4 Night CNC - Night Shift - - Patient Ratios – 2:1 unless 1:1 - Type of equipment – CRRT, Impella, ECMO, VAD, IABP - EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - Critical care experience >1 year Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. - CV experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): - Bedside trache, thoracentesis - Post-op open heart surgery Best personality Fit: - Teamwork - Willingness to learn Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 2 yrs of solid ICU practice, Please account for 6 months orientation outside of this 2 years ACLS NIHSS BLS Updated resume
