RN - Service Line Coordinator - Operating RoomBayCare Health System is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community at St. Joseph's Hospital South. This innovative facility is specially designed to make patients and visitors as comfortable as possible during their hospital experience and offers a variety of amenities.

The Clinical Nurse III - OR is proficient in the care of a sub-specialty group of patients utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. Acts as a mentor and resource expert, supports and shares organizational information to all team members. The CN III performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse. Required Experience includes 18 months acute care experience or 18 months Interventional/Procedural. Preferred Experience includes 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship. Required Education: BSN or BS Healthcare related field or an RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification. Certification must be RN Professional, nationally recognized and applicable to the current primary area of practice on the approved Clinical Registered Nurse Certifications Grid.

Strongly prefer 2 years RN experience in Operating Room and previous charge/coordinator experience. Service Line Coordination experience preferred. Prefer CNOR

Certifications and Licensures:

* BLS (Basic Life Support)
* RN (Registered Nurse)
* ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
* Preferred Nurse Specialty

Education:

* BSN or BS Healthcare related field or an RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification. Certification must be RN Professional, nationally recognized and applicable to the current primary area of practice on the approved Clinical Registered Nurse Certifications Grid.
