Job Description:

We are currently searching for an experienced leadership professional to lead an active project team that support our Tampa-based customer service center.----The ideal candidate for this position will have the energy, drive and skills to effectively manage a team of 5-10 individuals who support the technical and operational functions of our business. This includes IT initiatives and process-driven planning and implementation of multiple projects related to our operations and client service.--Must be able to manage strategically as well as work hands-on with the team to plan, prioritize, implement and measure projects and processes effectively. Must cooperatively partner with the management team on all needs identification, analysis, project initiatives, planning and implementation.----The Director of Program Management is an important part of the Senior Management Team, and--is directly responsible for the success of full-cycle project planning and implementation processes. For consideration, candidates will be experienced in full-cycle Project Management, managing a project team and committed to excellence.--Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business, or related field--Must have strong knowledge and working experience with full project life-cycle and project management methodologiesPrefer 8 years of full life-cycle project management experience, at least 5 of which involved hands-on management of a project management teamSolid experience as a Project Manager for IT development initiatives and business process projectsAbility to influence and instill credibility by managing multiple priorities, meeting project milestones, deadlines and budgetUnderstanding of project financial management, IT implications and operational considerationsStrong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to interact cooperatively with all levels within the organization and work in a fast paced environment with many initiativesDemonstrate versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmAbility to make timely and sound decisionsAcute attention to detailStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the project team to define, develop, acquire and implement new information tools, and refinements to existing systems and processesManage, develop, implement and measure detailed project plans with the project team that contain key activities, timelines, and resource requirements needed to achieve project objectives while adhering to defined project processesCooperatively partner with IT team and management team for various process improvement initiativesLead all efforts related to project regulatory and IT security complianceConduct periodic audits to ensure efficiency and process compliance related to special projectsWork with management and IT team to gather detailed business requirements, produce technical documents, and develop project plansEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetProactively and effectively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks that impact the scope, budget, resources, etc.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesEffectively lead communication and change management efforts for both internal and external customers as neededPro-actively manage project team to resolve project issues or barriers.Communicate project progress and issues to Senior Management teamMake successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organizationManage all vendors qualifications to perform all project initiatives successfullyDrive all communications from project team to maintain a culture of service and cooperation--This position reports directly to the Company CEO.--Salary will be--based on skill and experience.
