Company Profile:360 Advanced is a Cybersecurity and Compliance professional services firm that provides customized integrated assessment services.--Our client base--exemplifies a variety of industries and extends from small businesses to the Fortune 500, dispersed domestically--in over 40 states and on five continents around the globe.-- We are based in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida and are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.---- General Description:The Marketing Manager is a full-time salaried position with the expectation that he / she will work overtime as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.--The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Sales, working closely with the Director of Quality Assurance.--The Marketing Manager's primary duties include all aspects of carrying out the firm's marketing strategy and vision.--This includes working hands-on within all marketing functions, managing the firm's marketing initiatives, coordinating and reviewing content, and managing marketing vendors, with a heavy focus on brand development and digital marketing.--The primary office location will be St Petersburg, FL, with travel to various functions and events as necessitated by the marketing plan. Position Description:The Marketing Manager will oversee the continued development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy, maintaining and growing 360 Advanced's marketing programs, driving innovative campaigns and events that maximize new opportunities and generate qualified demand through the prospect and current client base.-- The Marketing Manager will manage the marketing process, support sales team, and increase new opportunities, as well as execute key marketing initiatives in coordination with our strategic growth goals - driving demand generation, existing client growth and thought leadership efforts. The Marketing Manager will build tactical marketing plans and execute strategic programs, including creating and maintaining 360 Advanced's Marketing calendar, coordinating events and activities that align with 360 Advanced's growth strategy and goals, scheduling campaigns, and ensuring consistency with lead generation programs and communication efforts.--Specific functions and initiatives include:Defining a set of standard marketing assets required globally and for each service offeringUpdate, enhance, and maintain databases for outbound targeting; define and implement procedures for ensuring such databases are enhanced and maintained completely and accurately on an ongoing basisEstablish and implement tactical plans for marketing campaigns and create a campaign strategy playbookDevelop and implement firm standards for externally facing content; work with leadership to develop and implement quality assurance processes for externally facing content, tools, and enablersDevelop and implement a tactical plan for sourcing content; procure content development resourcesDefine process flows and the marketing funnel, along with critical assets and lead generation strategiesDrive campaigns and measure campaign success; define and implement repeatable lead generation and campaign strategies The Marketing Manager will work closely with firm leadership's sales, operations, and delivery teams to align our messaging, differentiate ourselves from competition, and expand the 360 Advanced brand as we grow and build our service offerings.---- Defingin Success:--Successfully develop inbound and outbound lead strategies and measures of success, drive lead generationOwn the tracking and reporting of all lead and new opportunity activities to ensure program requirements are metCollaborate with Sales, PR and Management teams for strategic planning and creation of new and innovative campaigns to maximize lead and opportunity generation resultsCollaborate with operations and sales team to ensure the success of strategic client and prospect eventsCollaborate with Sales and other 360 Advanced teams to ensure financial results from marketing programs are properly trackedUtilize our CRM system to report on program success and pipeline growth, steering program direction and increasing executive visibility and decision makingDeploy and manage a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, online PR & SEO--Website tracking, monitoring, reporting and maintenance - keep it fresh and interesting with frequent industry news and quick updates, ensuring all service offerings / pages reflect current informationGenerate list building strategiesResearch and Analytics - staying up to date on marketing tools and best practices, reviewing online results and findings, analyzing and devising strategies for improvement.--Consistent monitoring of competitor and industry leaders for best practices and methods.--Desired--Qualifications:The most critical attributes for success within our team are having interest in what we do; a willingness to learn; exceptional work ethic; a commitment to quality and success; strong writing and communication skills; personal accountability; and loyalty in the way he or she treats their relationships.--These attributes will be given preference to field of study or technical experience. Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, advertising or other relevant field2-4 years proven digital marketing experience within a B2B environmentProfessional, with excellent oral and written communication skills; strong computer skillsHighly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to pull projects over the finish lineDemonstrated success in managing complex business relationships and driving successful programs tied to marketing plansAbility to effectively manage a marketing calendar, multiple relationships and projects and work in a fast-paced environmentHighly developed leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships internally and externallyAbility to quickly gain a deep understanding of our service offerings, including understanding of deadlines, sales process, and tracking of marketing activitiesDemonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethicInterest and familiarity with technology, business operations, and strategy------
