Job Description: The Senior Legal Program Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and departments(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. This position will lead and manage efforts to support the overall change management lifecycle, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and management, requirements gathering, process improvement, training, communications, support and other deliverables related to changes in people, process and technology. This position will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing, training and communications plan for Citi Legal. This position is responsible for gathering all information across the Citi Legal community and external vendors or partners required to develop a strategic communications plan, which includes writing, and developing content for all web, print, and electronic collaterals specifically for Legal staff. In addition, this position will develop & execute abovementioned strategies, and monitor the training, communications and marketing programs in collaboration with Legal Staff and the Training & Communications team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with key line of business and functional areas across Citi Legal to assess and gather change needs, develop approach & materials, track deliverables, meet timelines, and help drive the culture through organizational and personal transitions from current state to future state. Ability to develop effective organizational change management and communication strategies in adherence to Citi Legal culture and needs. This effort will enable Citi Legal to mobilize and communicate key messaging across multiple disciplines and geographies. Experience with design thinking and ideation processes is necessary - Manages programs, processes and/or projects relating to specific legal practice areas - Initiate, plan, execute through closure of strategic, large-scale, cross-functional legal programs/projects that have significant impact across the organization - Directs several project and initiatives of varying degree of complexity and impact on results and business operations - Works with stakeholders to plan and execute process and systems improvement and efficiency initiatives - Manages projects in support of complex matters including overseeing tasks performed by entry or intermediate level personnel - Performs assignments that are broad, variable and complex in nature, usually requiring originality, ingenuity, independent judgment and discretion - Develop, manage and deliver comprehensive communication plans, design implement and support communications materials (e.g., internal presentation materials, training documents, newsletters, talking points, guidelines, FAQs). - Coach leaders, stakeholders, internal training, and communications group to ensure that messaging is consistent and aligned with the change strategy. Utilizing formal methodologies and appropriate tools to support engagement. - Design and develop integrated communication plans to address and manage change management dynamics including key stakeholder mapping, communication messages and vehicles/tools, and responsibilities for communications - Provide thought leadership to teams to assimilate novel communication opportunities and change management educational trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs, timelines and key milestones - Identify implications of change for different impacted audiences to develop change strategies for targeted and effective interventions - Own and manage the Communication Plan, including delivery of consistent messaging and ongoing communications to engage the business and encourage adoption of change - Develop and maintain a consultative relationship with key stakeholders to identify curriculum requirements - Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite; specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro - Design includes creation of design documentation outlining scope and structure of training approach, methods and course outline Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in business, organizational leadership, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology, education, or a related discipline - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet searching - SharePoint experience required; including experience building and maintaining SharePoint pages, lists, and libraries - Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles - Strong presentation skills; ability to present articulately and confidently under all circumstances - Exceptional ability to develop PowerPoint presentations in a manner that is clear and concise - Confidence; able to interact comfortably within all levels of the organization within the learning event - Strong communication skills with ability to listen actively, question, and respond appropriately to all participant questions and provide feedback - Excellent time management, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills to manage the learning event and achieve the learning objectives EEO Statement: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
