    Description
    Job Context:AML mitigates money laundering and terrorist financing risks for Citi and its customers in the global marketplace. It uses skilled analysts, state-of-the-art technology and globally standard policies and procedures to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of suspicious activities.

    The Chief Administrative Office provides management support and internal governance to the AML function in the areas of:

  • Delivering standard AML metrics, reporting and capacity forecasting
  • Partnering with HR to define and manage AML people / VOE strategies and communications
  • Partnering with Finance to define and manage financial plans and goals
  • Partnering with RLS and CRS to define and manage space and location plans and goals
  • Leading M&I management meetings and events on behalf of the global senior leadership team
  • Assuring that SLT decisions and plans are implemented

    Job Description:Regular preparation and presentation of information related to capacity planning and workload management to the regional and virtual teams. Primary point of contact for all hub Capacity Planning metrics and reporting enquiries and requests.Key responsibilities:Methodology & Governance


    • Coordinates and executes Regional Capacity Planning monthly process - initiates and implements improvements to the process
    • Cooperates with global team within area of Capacity Planning
    • Participates in new initiatives connected with Capacity Planning


      Planning


      • Defines forecasting standards and establishes mechanisms to track against plan.
      • Defines effective time recording processes. Assesses and executes policy or strategy changes impact on the capacity planning process, identifies dependencies and implements changes. Defines evidence on effectiveness of planning standards and implements improvements.


        Tools, Systems & Data


        • Defines strategic tools and identifies automation needs, ensures the tool is able to support information for making strategic decisions.
        • Working proactively to resolve any gaps in the data extracted and provide coaching where required to those who update the system
        • Executes coding, testing, maintaining and refining designed applications tailored to the requirements
        • Enhances applications to reduce operating time and improve efficiency


          Stakeholder Management


          • Demonstrates high proficiency in communication and understanding of challenges and opportunities within capacity planning
          • Demonstrates confidence and high level of proficiency in communicating and influencing at Senior Management level, including communication of unwelcomed messages and proactive engagement
          • Delivers all regional and global reporting requirements for the hub within agreed deadlines
          • Uses global standard policies, procedures and tools
          • Operates within agreed business SLAs and confidentiality standards
          • Prepares documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation


            Data Quality & Reconciliation


            • Responsible for the documentation and test of capacity models solutions based on audit/control requirements within the organization
            • Responsible for the verification of the capacity templates and updates of MIS procedures

                Qualifications

                • Qualifications:




                  • 5+ years equivalent relevant experience in capacity planning
                  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
                  • Development experience with MS Access and VBA
                  • Professional knowledge of the market capacity models
                  • Experience in leading quality/process improvement activities within a function or division.
                  • Strong understanding of reporting systems
                  • Effectively manage the availability of IT Infrastructures and Services
                  • AML knowledge a plus but not required
                  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
                  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
                  • Makes tactical decisions to help implement the strategy.
                  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and work independently with users to define concepts
                  • Must have intellectual curiosity and a willingness to delve into a problem and understand root cause
                  • Provide innovative solutions for capacity models
