SummaryLeviat North America is searching for a results-oriented
Sales Director that will lead a sales team to drive contractor and
fabricator sales activity in across North America. This position
reports directly to the Regional President - North America. In this
critical role the Sales Director will expand sales volume and
profitability through strategic sales management of a strong team
of Territory Sales Managers in the region. This position will
support a regional team of 10-12 sales professionals based in
across the US. The person can be based in any major city across the
US. Job Responsibilities
- Lead contractor/fabricator sales team in across North America
to drive revenue for the business.
- Coach, mentors and teaches the sales team and drives the
adoption of internal and external best practices.
- Analyze metrics and performance of the team to identify areas
for coaching and improvement.
- Supports sales team with ride along coaching, participating in
client meetings, developing proposals and other aspects of the full
sales process.
- Measure and report on KPIs for the sales team.
- Implement processes & tools to inform sales decisions and
create revenue opportunities, while ensuring our customer demands
are met or exceeded.
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the
effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer
satisfaction and sales potential.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including Customer
Service, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Engineering, and Product
Management to create the best customer experience possible.
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales forecasts for volume and
revenue. Job Requirements
- 10+ years in sales/account management in building materials,
construction, industrials or related
- Demonstrated successful history of building and managing top
performing sales teams
- Bachelor's Degree in business/engineering or equivalent
experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
