Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to help manage our
Dunkin' Team!
A Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive
leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest
experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build
profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall
operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards,
franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable
laws.

Pay:
Competitive Salary Starting at $40,000 per year and paid each
Friday.
Salary increases tied to your ability to grow your restaurant sales
volume!
Paid Time Off:
Managers will get 5 days off for the first year of employment after
the 90 day introductory period.
Managers will get 10 days Paid Time Off after completing the first
year of employment in that position.
Profit Sharing Bonus Plan:
Profit-sharing bonus plan with UNLIMITED bonus potential. You
benefit directly from growing sales and controlling costs. Full

A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER: We are looking for an energetic,
hard-working individual for our quick-service General Manager
position. We have a profit sharing bonus plan to earn more for
increasing profits at your location! The Restaurant General Manager
is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership
to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences,
operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line
sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the
restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards, franchisee
standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Product Quality- Maintaining company standards
Guest Services - ensures guest satisfaction, and service speed
Hire, train and develop their employees
Communicate job expectations to their employees
Plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees' job
performance
Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate
Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest
service goals
Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and
enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply
with all applicable laws
Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
Control costs to help maximize profitability
Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely
manner
Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing
and sampling
Set sales goals and track results
Safety and Sanitation standards are met
Leadership, including taking initiative, and effective
communication
Training and Development of all associates.
Administration tasks, inventory, ordering, time keeping.
Requirements: Previous QSR Management Experience a plus
