Job Description:

The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design, engineering, and deployment of systems management software such as Microsoft Configuration Manger in coordination with other technology teams. The overall objective of this role is to contribute as a systems management expert to ensure engineering standards are being met within the existing Microsoft Current Branch and Microsoft Intune framework.Responsibilities:

• Be the technology subject matter expert for Microsoft Configuration Manger (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune
• Engineering certification for new versions of Microsoft Configuration manager and Microsoft Intune according to technology roadmaps
• Assess and release new product features to achieve business goals
• Work with operations as a subject matter expert to resolve difficult architecture, infrastructure, or configurational issues on an enterprise scale
• Stay current on systems management trends and be the spokesperson to represent the technology roadmap
• Learn new Technologies relative to systems management and mentor others
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of being an expert on Microsoft Configuration Management (SCCM)
  • Experience working in a highly regulated or enterprise class companies where a Microsoft Central Administration Server is employed
  • Project Management experience for SCRUM
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices
  • Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills and ability to determine root causes at an enterprise scale
  • Successfully works in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
  • Proven ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
  • Proven track record of operational process changes and improvementEducation:
    • Microsoft SCCM certifications are a plus or relevant years of experience
