The Shift Manager helps direct the daily operations of the rapidly growing, nationally renowned, local fast-casual restaurant that is Capital Tacos Express in Riverview. Specific responsibilities include: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. Pay Range is $13 to $16 per hour depending on experience. Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • A people person who genuinely enjoys working with others
  • A guest-service mentality. Someone who enjoys helping and serving others.
  • A team player with effective communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
  • Able to multitask Previous restaurant shift management experience a must for this position.
