What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment. Work closely with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain safety standards, document work, and stay organized. What You Bring: ? Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of hands-on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military service, etc.). Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Availability for on-call rotations (nights/weekends). ? Preferred: Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses. Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment. Independent, self-motivated work ethic. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 70 lbs., work at heights, and adapt to various environments. Ready to grow with us?
