Job Title: Integration and Test Engineer

Location: Oldsmar, FL

Duration: Temp to Direct Role

Work Schedule: 4/10 shift (3:30pm to 2:00am)

Job Description:

- - - - - - - - - Provide test engineering support to production program integrated product team (IPT's).

- - - - - - - - - Define test process plans identifying the sequence of required test steps.

- - - - - - - - - Define required tools, instruments, fixtures, software, hardware, interfaces, and test chambers required to execute the test process plan.

- - - - - - - - - Develop tests and generate detailed test procedures including narrative, diagrams, and photographs. Generate detailed troubleshooting guides to aid in the troubleshooting and analysis of the root cause of test failures. Use available test information and data from past test programs to develop Test Engineering cost estimates on proposals.

- - - - - - - - - Analyze test defect data and trends helping to define and implement corrective actions. Support the change management activities of the production program IPT.

- - - - - - - - - Provide day-to-day test engineering support to the work cell by resolving technician questions, investigating, and solving test and/or product performance problems, and improving test procedures, tooling, fixturing, hardware, software, etc. in an effort to optimize the test process.

Basic Qualifications:

- - - - - - - - - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

- - - - - - - - - Ability to review Power, RF, Digital and Analog test documents, including schematics, parts lists, drawings, and test requirements, to determine a method for testing a given device; then develop the detailed test procedure.

- - - - - - - - - Preferred candidate will have three to five years detailed CCA test and troubleshooting experience

- - - - - - - - - Ability to design and troubleshoot test fixtures to interface between the tester and the product.

- - - - - - - - - Preferred Demonstrated experience with automated testers specifically Teradyne Spectrum 9100. L321, Auto test, National Instruments and National Research

- - - - - - - - - This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen

Desired Skills:

- - - - - - - - - Experience with multiple industry automated tester platforms, National Instruments, Auto test, NHR etc.

- - - - - - - - - 5+ years' experience with design and test of CCAs in multiple technologies (i.e., digital, analog, power, RF)

- - - - - - - - - Software development experience, multiple test related languages.
