Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist role is available in Orlando, FL,
serving early childhood to elementary-aged students (PreK-5th
grade). This contract position requires a Florida Department of
Health (FL DOH) license and involves a caseload primarily focused
on pediatric populations within a school setting. Key
Responsibilities: Provide evaluation, assessment, and
individualized therapy services to students aged PreK through 5th
grade with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement
treatment plans tailored to early childhood and elementary
students. Utilize communication devices and incorporate visual
supports to address sensory needs. Manage behavior challenges
effectively by applying targeted intervention strategies.
Collaborate with educators and other team members to support
student progress. Qualifications and Experience: Valid FL DOH
license for Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with
pediatric populations, especially early childhood through
elementary students. Familiarity with augmentative and alternative
communication (AAC) devices. Skill in addressing behavior issues
and sensory integration via visual supports. Ability to work full
time (37.5 hours/week) from March through the end of May. This role
