THE POSITION: Reports to: Regional Director Job Description: It is the Assistant Regional Director's responsibility to assist in managing all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots. The Assistant Regional Director will be asked to aid in the following functions: Coaching and Staff Leadership: Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at Demos and Free Fun Days Assisting in maintaining the master instructor schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed. Assisting in the preparation for the seasonal instructor meetings Marketing and Communications: Performing seasonal marketing/promotions for Park and School Programs Communicating with parents, directors, and other account representatives Administration: Scheduling and preparing all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season Maintaining instructor equipment and prize inventory Sales/Growth: Meeting seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park and school accounts and promoting thoroughly at each account/location. Documenting summary and follow-up notes, and completing sales day action items in a timely fashion. Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check. HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:00pm Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm OUR CULTURE: We are a young company with a lively culture.
