Job Description:

Our fitness studio is thriving, and we are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic fitness instructor who can teach innovative and engaging classes to our members. You will be in charge of planning and leading fitness classes for a variety of different-sized groups of people. While we want our classes to be physically challenging, we also place an emphasis on safety and meeting our members' individual fitness levels. Responsibilities:

Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions
Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs, and encourage new membership
Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe
Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies
Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests


Qualifications:

Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
Currently certified as a fitness instructor
Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
