Job Description:
Wilo USA LLC is seeking an experienced Aftermarket & Warranty
Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Rosemont, Illinois. This
role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional support throughout the
post-sales process, including managing warranty claims,
coordinating service responses, and facilitating aftermarket
upgrades. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer
satisfaction and loyalty, which directly contributes to Wilo's
reputation for quality and innovative solutions in the pump
manufacturing industry. Evaluate and process warranty claims and
coordinate warranty services with technical teams. Serve as the
primary liaison between customers, service engineers, and other
internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
Monitor the performance of products post-sale and report findings
to the development and quality assurance teams to aid in product
improvement. Develop and manage the CRM database to track service
histories and customer communications. Organize and oversee the
inventory of spare parts and initiate re-orders to maintain optimal
stock levels for prompt customer service. Conduct training sessions
for clients on new systems and upgrades, including best practices
for maintenance and troubleshooting. Create and update detailed
documentation on technical services and warranty procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
service delivery and customer satisfaction. Strong organizational
and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written
communication abilities. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to interpret technical documents and contracts. Keen
attention to detail with a proactive approach to customer issues.
