Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the SVP of Marketing is a key member of the executive team. The SVP will drive a strategic marketing and communications strategy that will position Greenway to continue its aggressive growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build and execute clear and integrated marketing plans to continually position Greenway Heath as a market leader, highlighting value propositions that align to customer needs Accelerate growth by pioneering new strategies and tactics to enhance market penetration, driving lead generation programs that target new and existing customers and partners Align marketing campaigns with external market trends, branding, product management and development initiatives and other programs, and evaluate outcomes with a metrics-based approach Ensure a competitive mix in campaign execution, optimizing digital marketing, social marketing, marketing events and other new and traditional media modalities Develop an assessment strategy to verify participant understanding of information and ensure all product marketing resources are easily and readily accessible Develop and institute metrics and dashboards to draw insights, facilitate sound decision making and refine demand generation performance, ensuring programs can be tied to specific results that can be presented clearly to executive management Continuously strengthen the marketing infrastructure and increase effectiveness and productivity of marketing team by serving as a coach and mentor and motivating team members with energy and passion Set priorities decisively, delegate responsibilities, assure accountability and allocate resources to ensure results Attend national and regional tradeshows and industry networking events, customer events, prospect and field lead generating events and sales meetings Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred Experience Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience and proven track record in developing, driving and implementing marketing strategies. 3 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare technology space Skills/Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of the health information technology marketplace, including EHR, Revenue Cycle and Population Health Comprehensive knowledge of communication and public relations practices, methods and strategies Ability to implement marketing principles, brand, product and service management Confidence in interacting with all levels of leadership and building alignment around goals and objectives with an understanding of implications of decisions Proven ability to drive growth by leading a Marketing function focused on customer acquisition and creating a successful customer-centric strategy Strong project management and organization skills Superb listening and communication skills Able to work and execute in a fast paced, innovative environment
