BlueGrace Logistics is one of the largest Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers in the U.S. and helps shippers and carriers solve their greatest logistics challenges.The Digital Marketing Manager will support the aggressive growth of our B2B business by driving traffic, growth and customer leads acquisition from a variety of digital marketing channels/platforms. Reporting to our Senior Director of Marketing, the incumbent in this role will be pivotal in driving growth of the brand through optimizing leads, digital marketing ROI and customer acquisition cost. Responsibilities

  • Own and execute digital marketing and leads acquisition strategy for a variety of paid and owned channels including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Email and Web.
  • Drive revenue, traffic and new customer leads acquisition growth through performance marketing efforts across paid digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Google, Email, Publications and Social.
  • Strategize lead generation campaigns across all digital channels, including email, paid media, social, trade publications, SEO, webinars, etc.
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing roadmap and media plan with a multi-month view.
  • Oversee cross-channel, ABM and integrated digital marketing campaigns end-to-end from research and strategy, creative briefing, media buying and tracking, execution, optimization, and post-launch review.
  • Development of ad copy and imagery based on best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Optimize inbound marketing to increase marketing qualified leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), while decreasing cost per lead (CPLs).
  • Proactively monitor and own digital marketing results against KPIs/goals/budgets
  • Interact collaboratively with other internal departments to gather input to create digital assets, website, and email content to engage our ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Develop and monitor LinkedIn PPC and Google AdWords that are growth focused.
  • Assist with website initiatives, create landing pages for promotions and lead generation.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with contracted agencies and internal team to successfully deploy marketing campaigns
  • Building multi-touch campaigns from idea stage through execution and implementation.
  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Work with marketing team to build channel budget forecasts and effectively manage channel performance.
  • Other duties as assigned. Requirements
    • 5+ years of overall progressive experience in B2B online marketing/business-to-business roles, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B digital marketing channels
    • Google AdWords certification and LinkedIn PPC experience required
    • Proficient in digital branding (Design, WordPress and Adobe Suite experience preferred)
    • Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies to drive leads, business growth with long/short term sales cycles
    • Deep understanding of performance marketing and lead acquisition channels with the ability to define high level strategy
    • Strong proficiency of web analytics to analyze campaigns and websites (Google and LinkedIn Analytics required)
    • Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Essential Skills
      • HubSpot - lead management, marketing automation and reporting tools
      • Google Marketing Platform - Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager and Ad Manager
      • WordPress CMS - creation and design of web pages and content with SEO requirements
      • Microsoft Excel - analyze inbound leads, campaign performance, and contact lists
      • LinkedIn Ads - design, write, publish, and manage campaigns and report on performance Preferred Skills
        • Salesforce - lead management and reporting tools
        • Adobe Creative Suite - digital design utilizing Photoshop and InDesign.
