highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office
Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running
smoothly. Job Summary As an Branch Operations Coordinator , you
will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative
operations of our office are efficient and well-managed. Key
Responsibilities: Receive incoming orders Complete order
fulfillment from the warehouse Maintain a highly organized
warehouse space Track orders Manage office supplies and inventory;
place orders as needed Assist with company events Support
management and team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and
collaboratively NetSuite experience is a plus Ability to lift up to
