• Serve as Business Segment Liaison (BSL) for UHC Medicare and Retirement (M&R) teams
• Serve as administrative assistant to multiple leaders
• Serve as BSL for those leaders and their teams
• Manages leaders' calendars, travel, expenses, and some key meetings
• Light duties surrounding budget management and budget forecasting
• Ability to use PowerPoint software for internal meetings and communications
• Meet frequently with leaders for proactive meeting support and reminders for critical meetings, including reminder texts and warnings before critical meetings
• Provide organized resources (itineraries, meeting materials, etc.) for upcoming leader travel
• Maintain and distribute lists as needed (e.g., organizational charts; email; distribution; vendor; contacts; phone)
• Record/label/file records and documents according to enterprise records management procedures
• Greet and direct internal and/or external partners (e.g., contractors; auditors; vendors) to appropriate locations and/or staff
• Responsible for coordinating with wellness leader to promote and organize events

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative capacity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Word to create and edit professional documents from scratch
  • Experience using Microsoft Office PowerPoint to create and edit professional presentations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Outlook for complex calendar management and scheduling meetings
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Excel to filter, sort, manipulate, and organize data
  • Experience successfully managing multiple priorities
  • Experience coordinating large meetings, including virtual meetings and teleconferences via Microsoft Teams
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.     • Bachelor's degree or some college experience
    • Visio experience
    • Experience as a Business Segment Liaison (BSL) coordinating office moves including hardware and software requisitions, travel arrangements, new hire onboarding and other office management responsibilities
