seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst for its Tampa, Florida
location. Duties: Perform compensation analysis including market
pricing, compensation plan and structure design, job evaluation and
grading. Perform HR data management using compensation systems and
tools implementation including Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft Enterprise.
Consolidate, interpret, and present data analysis for internal HR
colleagues and business management on various compensation-related
topics. Serve as contact for assigned HR reports and market data
for HR partners in LATAM. Use spreadsheets and database management
system to create and modify complex reports and large databases.
Field questions from compensation advisors and escalate complex
issues to Compensation Manager. Conduct market pricing activities
including job matching, data analytics, job pricing, and analysis
of cash and equity compensation practices and staffing trends.
Apply understanding of market data methodology and compensation
principles and analytical judgment to prepare results and identify
trends. Develop, implement and administer compensation programs and
incentive plans. Generate and interpret compensation-related
reports from internal and external systems. Analyze pay and program
results to develop recommendations for future changes. Prepare
analytics and modeling to fulfill data requests. Analyze LATAM
labor market including compensation and benefit plan involving
multiple currencies and countries with high inflation and
devaluation levels including Brazil and Argentina.Perform year-end
compensation administration including reporting, data audits, spend
analysis, timeline coordination and communication).Conduct audits
and analysis on business, HR, and compensation initiatives and
including incentive budgeting and spending, increase guidelines,
international transfers, and compensation related data quality.
Calculate net revenue distribution among employees. Define total
compensation packages, including bonuses, deferred compensation and
stock accrual programs for revenue and non-revenue generating
populations. Analysis of large datasets to assess positioning of
employees against market data. Design and monitor ladder structures
and shift programs.Conduct job evaluation activities including job
description development and maintenance. Perform initial audit and
evaluation of jobs and application of existing job classifications
to individuals. Establish market data priorities for the business.
Identify issues and recommend process improvements. Communicate
project updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Information Systems,
Informatics or Mathematics and 3 years of experience as
Compensation Analyst, HR Data Analyst or related position involving
HR advisory in a corporate-banking organization. Employer will
accept a 3-year post-secondary degree in the stated fields in lieu
of a Bachelor's degree. 3 years of experience must include:
Compensation analysis including market pricing, compensation plan
and structure design, job evaluation and grading; HR data
management, compensation systems and tools implementation including
Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft Enterprise; Using spreadsheets and database
management system to create and modify complex reports and large
databases; Defining total compensation packages, including bonuses,
deferred compensation and stock accrual programs for revenue and
non-revenue generating populations; Calculating net revenue
distribution among employees; Analysis of large datasets to assess
positioning of employees against market data; Project management
activities; Serving in a client-facing role; Analysis of LATAM
